OPERATIONAL POLICIES

 1.         Ordering guidance

Step 1: Find products

The customers access Chickita website (https://Chickita.com.vn/) and seek interested products in Online store or Delivery button

Step 2: Add to cart

Once the desired Product has been found, the Customer ticks the Add to Cart on the product and continues to purchase the product on the web.

Step 3: Check the cart

After completing products selection, Customer clicks “Cart” to move on next steps. Here, the Customer can check the order again, press “+/-” to increase or decrease the number of products in the cart and view the details of the total value of the order.

Customers return to Continue shopping if Customers would like to choose more products that are not in the cart.

Step 4: Fill ordering and delivery information. After checking your order, click Order and fill in the order information as follows:

Full name;

Phone number;

Email;

Address;

Note;

In case you place an order to an address differance with the one you just filled in, please stick the box Deliver to another address and fill in the delivery information as follows:

Full name;

Phone number;

Address;

After completing the order/delivery information, in the “Payment Method” section, the Customer can choose one of the three payment options: “Cash on Delivery”, “Payment via ATM/Visa/MasterCard” or “PayMe e-wallet.” The shipping fee will be displayed and included in the total order value.

 2.         Reservation guidance

Customers access Chickita Website (https://Chickita.com.vn/) and click on Book a table. Then fill in the table reservation information as follows:

Full name;

Phone number;

Number of people eating;

Booking date;

Booking time;

Note;

After filling in all information, you select the button Book a table, Chickita will contact you as soon as it receives the notice.

 3.         Payment Process

Step 1: Customers find out information about the goods and make a purchase

Step 2: Customers confirm the order

Step 3: Customers choose one of the payment methods (*) and confirm payment Cash payment on delivery/Payment online

Step 4: Chickita calls to confirm with Customer;

In case of out of stock, Chickita will call to notify and remove the item is out of cart. For online payment orders, Chickita will refund the amount corresponding to the deleted products and the Customer will receive the money back through the bank account within 10 to 15 working days.

Step 5: The delivery staff conducts the delivery;

Step 6: Customers receive goods, pay cash in case of choosing Cash on delivery method. (*) Payment method.

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods after purchasing products on the Chickita website:

  1. Cash on Delivery

Customers place an order and pay immediately receive of the goods.

This form of payment only applies to orders under VND 20,000,000.

  1. Online payment- Payment via credit card, international payment card

Enter credit card information and click Process to proceed with payment for the order. Enter the OTP code for authentication (if any).

Note:

Use credit/debit/prepaid cards VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued by domestic and foreign banks.

To pay by credit card, international payment card, the transaction must be successfully recorded from the authorization message returned by the payment gateway system (balance/limit and customer authentication). according to the rules of use of the card).

For additional amounts outside of the order, please check carefully with your bank to avoid unexpected extra charges.

However, in some cases you use a card not issued in Vietnam, you may have to pay a foreign currency conversion fee to the bank issued card. If you are unsure about this payment, please contact your card issuer for further advice.

Currently, Chickita does not support payment by card directly at delivery.

 4.         Shipping Fee Policy

Delivery fees are applied based on distance as follows:

From 0 km to under 3 km: 22,000 VND

From 3 km to under 5 km: 44,000 VND

From 5 km to 10 km: 66,000 VND

Distances of 10 km or more: Delivery is not supported.

 5.         Regulations on delivery time

  • Delivery time: Chickita commits to delivery at the latest time promised to the customer after confirming the order. Changes to earlier or later delivery times will be communicated and agreed with the customer prior to delivery.
  • Delivery time frame regulation: varies for each specific restaurant. The last orders will be 30 minutes before closing time.
  • When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment by the delivery staff first, then please check if the product has any defects or defects. Please keep the shipping receipt for checking. In case of payment by non-cash forms, the customer does not need to pay with the delivery staff.

Note: The order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact the Customer at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls and each time is 5 minutes apart).

 7.         Return and Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when participating in transactions at Chickita Website. In case the customer enters the wrong information and sends it to the Chickita Website page, we have the right to refuse to perform the transaction. In addition, in all cases, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the transaction if the following measures have been taken:

If the customer chooses DELIVERY:

Immediate delivery: call the store or hotline 096 983 54 80 to cancel your order immediately.

Delivery according to the selected time: call the selected store or call the hotline 096 983 54 80 to cancel the order 30 minutes before the customer’s order is delivered.

If the customer chooses to TAKE AWAY:

To take away: immediately call the selected store or call the hotline 096 983 54 80 to cancel the order immediately.

Come and take out at the selected time: call the selected store or call the hotline 096 983 54 80 to cancel your order 45 minutes before the time your order is delivered.

8.         Refund Policy

Chickita will process your refund as soon as the error/cancellation process is completed within 15 working days. Information about the specific refund time for each case will depend on the payment method used by the customer as follows:

Note: For VISA, Master, JCB, ATM cards, the refund time will depend on the policy of each bank, working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 9.         Complaint settlement policy

Chickita Website is always responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints related to transactions at the Chickita Website. When complaints and disputes arise, Chickita Website promotes negotiation and mediation between the parties to maintain the relationship and trust of customers in the service quality of Chickita Website.

The complaint process follows these steps:

Step 1: The customers submit complaints about goods and services on the Chickita Website, about order status, and pay by the following ways:

– Call the hotline: 096 983 54 80; or

– Send an email to: talk@Chickita.com.vn; or

– Message Chickita via its official social media pages on Facebook or Instagram, or through the Chickita website

Step 2: Chickita will receive complaints, contact to clarify Customer’s requirements as soon as possible and no later than 07 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the request. Chickita Website will verify the content of the complaint, may ask the Customers to provide relevant information and evidence to clarify the case. Depending on the nature and extent of the incident, Chickita Website will take specific measures to assist Customers in resolving complaints and disputes.

Step 3: In the case of Chickita Website has made efforts to resolve complaints and disputes but the matter is beyond its capacity and authority, Chickita Website will request to bring the case to a competent State agency for settlement in accordance with the law.

Chickita Website always respects and strictly implements the provisions of the law on protecting the interests of customers. Any acts of fraud, business fraud, as well as acts that cause harm to others are also worthy of condemnation and must be fully responsible before the law.
