Chickita officially launched Member Day with the purpose of creating the best experience for our customers to enjoy.

1. Promotion Details:
   Every Thursday, the number of bonus points will be multiplied by 5 times.
   * Applicable for Customers who are Silver, Gold, and Platinum members at Chickita.
2. Benefits:
   Daily offer (maximum 300,000 VND/ bill):
   – Silver Member: 05% discount on total bill
   – Gold Member: 10% discount on total bill
   – Platinum Member: 15% discount on total billBirthday month offer (maximum 300,000 VND/ bill):
   – Silver Member: 10% discount on total bill
   – Gold Member: 15% off the total bill (or 100,000 VND voucher on birthday)
   – Platinum Member: 20% off the total bill (or 200,000 VND voucher on birthday)Redeem points:
   50 points = Voucher 50,000 VND
   100 points = Voucher 100,000 VND
   200 points = Voucher 200,000 VND
3. How to become Chickita’s loyal customer:
   Silver Member: Just registered as a member
   Gold Member: Accumulated > 400 points
   Platinum Member: Accumulated > 900 points
4. Terms and Conditions:
   – Point accumulation coefficient: 50,000 VND = 1 point (points will be x5 every Thursday)
   – Points are calculated based on invoice value before tax.
   – For the point redemption program, the applicable voucher value must not exceed 40% of the invoice value (before tax).
   – Points will be converted into promotional vouchers with prices depending on the time specified by DFS.
   – The point value of promotional vouchers redeemed for accumulated points will be determined by DFS.
   – Accumulated points are calculated on the unit price including tax.
   – For invoices with promotional programs, when accumulating points, the points will be calculated on the reduced price.
   – Applicable to customers who dine in at the restaurant and take away.
